As “Brat” summer comes to a close, “Brat” fall is just beginning.

Pop savant Charli XCX has officially announced a remix of “Talk Talk,” a song from her critically and commercially acclaimed album “Brat,” featuring her “Sweat” tour co-headliner Troye Sivan. The track comes out on Thursday.

Though the remix’s artwork — which Charli revealed on Wednesday via social media — only features Sivan, the song also got some help from Dua Lipa, who was rumored to be involved after a leak recently appeared online. “Also thank you @dualipa for speaking French and Spanish on the track!” Charli clarified on her socials. (One can only imagine this will play off the “Talk Talk” lyrics “Talk to me in French/ Talk to me in Spanish/ Talk to me in your own made-up language/Doesn’t matter if I understand it.”)

Charli and Sivan have been teasing the remix via TikTok for the past few days as they rehearse for their “Sweat” tour, which kicks off on Saturday in Detroit, Mich. From the clips posted, Sivan sings on the remix: “K here’s the plan/ I wanna fly you out to Amsterdam/ I got a good hotel to fuck you in.”

After the release of “Brat” in June, the album came to define the summer, with its title being used as an adjective and its lime-green cover artwork spawning endless memes. It all came to a head when Kamala Harris announced her bid for presidency and Charli called her “brat,” leading to the vice president hopping on the trend in the early days of her campaign. But just over a week ago, Charli tweeted “goodbye forever brat summer,” leaving her fans to question what type of fall was in store. Turns out, “Brat” is not just a seasonal mindset, but one that can stretch all year long.

After starting in Detroit, the “Sweat” tour will take Charli and Sivan to arenas across North America, including New York City’s Madison Square Garden on Sept. 23 and L.A.’s Kia Forum on Oct. 15.
