Just as Lucky’s luck was about to run out, he suddenly struck gold on the September 10, 2024 episode of General Hospital.
Everything’s Golden
Lucky (Jonathan Jackson) has still been playing poker for his life with his captor, Sidwell (Carlo Rota), and has managed to stay alive thanks to a little bit of cheating. When the warlord got a visit from one of his employees claiming they hadn’t received the amount of gold they were promised, Lucky pulled a literal ace from his sleeve. He switched it with another card before witnessing what his captor was truly capable of.
Sidwell shot his employee straight in the back, then ordered Lucky to search the body. When he did, he found a handful of gold on him, revealing the employee had betrayed his boss.

Sidwell debated whether he should take Lucky to their next location or end things there after losing track of Isaiah’s (Sawandi Wilson) whereabouts, but ultimately decided to keep Lucky around a little longer. After Lucky was handcuffed and left alone in the cell, instead of a playing card, he pulled a gold nugget from his sleeve.
Race Against The Clock
Meanwhile, in Port Charles, with Isaiah waking up and revealing he knows Lucky, everyone from Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) to Anna (Finola Hughes) to Carly (Laura Wright) are on the case to find the missing Spencer before time runs out for Lulu (find out who will be taking over the role!).
